One platform for business conferences in three languages.
NIT Group runs events and business conferences, including NIT Business in Vienna. We built the platform behind their events, from the public site to the tools their team uses to run each conference.

The challenge
Each event needed its own speakers, programme, tickets, partners and sign-ups, in English, German and Serbian, without rebuilding a website every time.
What we built
- Multilingual public site with an events calendar, event pages, partners and news
- Two-level admin: the platform team manages events, each event team manages its own content
- Speakers, programme, tickets, auction lots, partners, enquiries and sign-ups per event
- Newsletter with double opt-in and one-click unsubscribe in the reader's language
Engineering highlights
- A newsletter issue cannot go out until it exists in all three languages
- Pages keep working from fallback content even if the database is unavailable
- Pixel-level visual comparison against the original site during migration
- End-to-end tests for the critical flows
