EEP Office runs the daily work of law firms in Serbia: cases, deadlines, tasks, documents, time tracking and finances. We are moving it from an aging desktop codebase to a modern stack without losing a single record.

The challenge

Firms depend on the software every day and years of data live in it. The rewrite had to happen module by module, read all the old data as it is, and never miss a court deadline.

What we built

New desktop application with a Windows installer and multi-computer office setup
REST API for upcoming web and mobile clients
Presentation website with an admin for inquiries and posts
Migrations that take over an existing database safely and can be re-run

Engineering highlights

Deadline calculator that skips weekends and Serbian public holidays, including Orthodox Easter
Every calculated deadline stores the reasoning behind it
Court filings generated from templates, with missing fields clearly marked
Duplicate parties and courts from the old data merged into clean registries
